Short list of sites that can provide usefull when researching outdoor options in Ontario, Canada. Note that Ontario is quite flat with lots of lakes making it a canoe paradise. Hiking options are limited. Many trails are great for running them but not for any scenic searching soul. Most trails are running through forest making them rather boring hiking adventure.
Climbing or canyoneering in Ontario is very hard... in fact parks do a good job of
making it illegal to engage in *any* activity that is preceived as dangerous.
